Nap Time Music Preschool and Soothing Water Sounds

This video is part of our nightly ritual now. My son even asks for "the sleepy forest one" before bed.

Even as an adult, I find myself drifting off halfway through. Beautifully done.

I played this for my mom in the hospital when she was at the end of her days on earth as I held her hand or brushed her hair. She enjoyed listening and it brought her comfort and peace.

As a grown man with insomnia... I did not expect this to knock me out in under 10 minutes.
